This was my first time buying a house by myself and Michelle helped to ease my mind and make the whole process as painless as possible. She provided information on the styles of homes, signs to look for that would cause issues and headaches in the future and constantly kept my list of wants top of mind when recommending homes. She was always willing to show me homes whenever I would send her a bunch of listings even though sometimes I felt like I was overdoing it. She always told me that I won’t know what I want until I look at enough homes to know the difference. She was a terrific resource as well in recommending a mortgage company and inspector. I ended up using both after looking at other prospects. I’m so glad I did because both helped tremendously in my getting the house that I wanted.
