Renee helped us purchase our home in Vernon Hills, and was extremely supportive throughout the process. She was very flexible with her time and helped us see several houses on really short notice - day, evenings, and weekends. Renee's professional network was invaluable as we are fairly new to the area. She helped us find our attorney and house inspector - who were both great - and has a handyman and an electrician on deck for our first improvement projects. I absolutely recommend purchasing a home with Renee. My 4/5 stars are for very minor incidents where we were uncertain of a process, or what a certain number meant leading up to our closing process, but these were somewhat outside Renee's role, so I don't attribute our confusion to her expertise level but wanted to indicate that our process had normal 'bumps in the road', particularly as a family buying for the first time in Illinois, which differed from our previous experience in another state in a couple ways.

Joe was hard working, highly available and very flexible. We looked at a lot of properties in a short period of time. He went above and beyond in helping me get a great deal on my home. I was getting the details of properties confused but he was able to keep good notes better than me even when serving other clients. He also explained and offered me a lot of options and referrals for all the necessary services although I chose to waive inspections and such because of my own knowledge. I'm glad Joe was so available because the good deals were going fast but in the end I got one of those good deals with Joe's cooperation.
