We were looking for a affordable home in Will County Area. We couldn't find anything for several months and became very frustrated. So we called Lisa and she was very responsive to our needs and budget. We gave her summary of our expectations and she was very knowledgeable of the market and kept in our budget. She had several homes for us to view within our budget. I made several calls to Lisa with questions and seconds showings and she was attentive to my calls. Lisa made herself available whenever I called to request viewings of homes . She has strong communication skills and very professional. Lisa gave me encouragement and kept me calm during this stressful situation of selling and buying. She sold our home in Bolingbrook and gave us recommendations to increase the value of our home. She was right on! She found our new home in New Lenox..... we've been in our new home for almost 9 months and we absolutely love it. I cannot thank her enough times.

Joy is a top notch Real Estate Agent. Upfront, she did tremendous research on the market, studied sales of similar properties and provided us with a booklet containing all the relevant information. She then spent significant time with us to explain the information. This enabled us not only to understand the market, but also to price it to the goals we had. As we have majorly out of town, she took upon herself, with our consensus, to do necessary things to make property more attractive. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the interval. She is extremely easy to work and communicate with and really pays attention to our wishes and needs. She is easy to reach to whenever we needed. Overall it was a great pleasure working with her and will recommend very highly whoever is looking for a top notch agent.

Carol was a great strategic advisor and salesperson, helping us stage our home, price it right and introduce it to the marketplace at the right time, in the right way. We lived in that house for almost 30 years, so leaving wasn't going to be easy. She was great to work with and honest about what we needed to do to make our house most marketable. Carol's network of service providers made last minute home repairs and enhancements easier and quicker. The most telling thing is the result: three good offers in the first five days on the market. She also helped us find our new home, so two excellent outcomes and a big transition for us that went entirely according to plan.
