•Erika sold this house in 2017 and we thought who better to sell it again. We are so happy we chose Erika. She knows the property, and more importantly, she knows the area and the market. She's a true professional in every sense of the word. I would happily refer her again and again.
We started with a different agent, but were disappointed with several aspects of her management of the listing, and switched to Erika after the house had been on the market for 4 weeks with no action. Erika pointed out a few issues (that seem obvious in retrospect, thus magnifying our concerns with the previous agent) and took over the listing, made a few changes, and we had two offers (plus one other very interested party) after the first open house under Erika, enabling us to manuever into a deal that we were very satisfied with. Wish we'd started with Erika to begin with!
