Her certifications, beyond her Realtor license really made a difference. She was able to answer my questions confidently. Chantel also had a long list of known resources for my needs, but also encouraged me to shop around. She really made me feel special and after our move to our forever home she called just to check-in!
Jan knows South Park very well which includes the specific needs and mandates of the HOA which can affect sales of properties. This was a valuable asset. She possesses a wealth of experience with buyers, sellers and home inspectors. She and Dave are excellent! I highly recommend and would hire again
