SOLD our Home quickly, relocating to Australia

Jan and Dave really are the people that you want to have as your Real Estate Agents. Their knowledge and insights are so detailed that when you listen to their advice, everything just works. We had 2 offers in 6 days of listing on the MLS and closed about a month later. They made the whole process of selling our home easy and painless. We're first time sellers and were moving abroad, so we needed a quick sale that was well timed with our move, and that's exactly what we got! Their Covid-19 processes are very specific and work well for everyone. If you're living in the home they work around you and individual appointments are made for viewings. If you've already vacated, they still do make individual appointments but you can have more flexibility for showings. We used their team of contractors like cleaners, carpet cleaners, landscapers etc. Everyone was so accommodating on short notice, so friendly and really reasonably priced. I'd have the cleaners back in a heartbeat if we were still in the country.
