Tracy is the best at what she does, she worked hard to find us our home and very patient with our decisions, she was there when we needed here and will be there again for our next home. She's the best and highly recommend!
Our family was transferred from the San Francisco Bay area to Baton Rouge by my husband's employer. We were very fortunate to find Tracy. From our first phone call, I knew she was the right realtor for us. She was very knowledgable about the local schools, the commutes, and entertainment. Once we found our house, and went under contract, we headed back to California. Tracy took care of the inspection, and even took pictures of the house to send my in law's. Whenever we had any questions, we knew they would be swiftly answered. The process was very smooth, even with the distance, because of Tracy's professionalism. I have worked with many realtors (often disappointed) and Tracy is absolutely the most responsive and trustworthy I have found. I have purchased 5 homes through Tracy in the last year for my home rental company. She understands what I am looking for and does EVERYTHING necessary to make the process go smooth (coordinates all pre-sale activity, helps with loan process, etc.) We spend a great deal of time looking at properties and I have never felt pressured to act make an offer. I use her for all of my rental property purchases/sales and she also helps with the rental logistics.
