I had been looking for a house for months without any luck. By the time I found Tracy I told her I wanted to find THE home for my family and I, but I only gave her a deadline of 2 weeks. In 11 days she found us the perfect home and had started the purchase process. She was so amazing, answering all my questions, kept me calm and handled everything for me. She is the best! Tracy is very energetic and fun, patient and very helpful. She helped us find the right home for us. She would actually see a listing and send to me to look at. And was always checking in on me. I want to sell my home and purchase a new one. I schedule an appointment with Tracy to review my home. She looked around my home and said I can sell your home in 30 days. Ssd's he was very truthful and I will have paint the cabinets white and I promise you I can sell your home in 30 days within 24 hours of my house listed I received a request to view my home, couple hours later a received an offer and I accepted it. I wish really shock that I received that offer because there was other houses in my neighborhood who had houses for sale before my house was listed.
