As a single woman, I found home buying very intimidating. Joe took some of that intimidation out of the process. He gave me his honest opinion, rather than only trying to sell a home, any home, for his own gain. Joe was always very prompt in response. It didn’t matter if I text him to see a home or e-mailed him with a question, he was always available which did not find in other realtors I tried to use in the past.
