Ryan was easy to talk to, agreeable to short-notice viewings, and helped to educate a first-time-homebuyer like myself on what to expect. Ryan never tried to sell me on any house we looked at, and simply stated things they noticed as they are, and gave opinions when asked. I feel Ryan was always looking out for my interests as a buyer, however I feel he was a bit too conservative regarding what concessions to ask of the seller. He helped me to understand what to expect, but I feel I had to negotiate with him a bit on what we would ask the seller to fix. Several things came up in the report that were out of code, and several systems and part of the roof needed to be replaced. Ryan however, kept telling me the seller would refuse to fix them, and pointed to where the listing stated they are not required to bring things into code. All in all, I felt like Ryan did a great job as my realtor. I just wish I didn't have to push to get him to ask the seller for things.
