They sent us updates every Monday morning. They communicated with us thru email as well as text. They responded quickly to my questions. Even if it was “I’ll find out” response. They helped us make decisions and knew legal guidelines that we would not have known otherwise. We could not have made some of those decisions without their advice. They were also great communicators between us and the new buyers. Everything went exceptionally smooth for us.

Could not have asked for a better team to sell my off-grid property, even though they had not sold off-grid properties before. I had expected that it might take at least a year to sell, since would require a very specific kind of buyer. Yet in four months my property was sold! Sommer surprised me right from the beginning with her analysis of the value of my property. Ginger put together amazing descriptions on the website. They really know their business! Ginger kept me updated often. And during the closing, with me being in another state, everything went smoothly. I feel SO LUCKY to have had them be MY realtors.
