Kim was honest, fair, accessible, knowledgeable, understanding, and made sure that every question was answered, every document was understood, and made this process of selling our family home as smooth as possible. She made every effort to make sure that I was able to ensure that my child, who struggles with transitions, was as comfortable as possible. I cannot imagine having gone through this process without her assistance and knowledge. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a difficult situation, I was selling a house with someone who didn't want to sell. Bryce listened to both of us and did everything in his power to make sure we were all on the same page and moving towards the goal line. Bryce took the time to listen to each of us, and sad to say played mediator between the other seller and myself. Bryce was slow to say something so he could truly understand and process, then quick to take action that was in our best interest. In the 11th hour the other person selling disrupted the closing and Bryce worked tirelessly, diligently, ethically, and in the best interest of everyone to get the closing executed. When we were looking for realtors we interviewed other top selling realtors that were falshier, but didn't give us the feeling that they cared about us. Bryce was honest, but caring in difficulty conversations. Never about him, it was always about us and our needs, and what he could do to get us there.
