I knew of Theresa and her work in the High Country by word of mouth, so when I decided to list my condominium at Beech Mountain she was the only realtor for me! From the very early stages of the process I knew I had made the right decision. Theresa was upfront and communicated throughout the sale. She worked tirelessly to get exposure once the property was listed. If I ever had a question she would answer it in a timely manner. She’s very professional and works a lot of hours. Comfort level is a big deal when selling a home and Theresa far exceeded my expectations. When I purchase another property in the area she will be the only realtor I use. Outstanding customer service. Overall a pleasant experience!

Theresa did a great job selling our place at Pinnacle Inn on Beech Mountain. She was a pleasure to work with and helped us with every step of the process. She has a very detailed knowledge of the market and provided insights on how to list/price our property. She also provided guidance as we maneuvered inspection/closing during the Helene recovery. This was especially helpful because she removed doubts we had about keeping the original closing date and we closed on time.
