This was my first time purchasing a home, and I was really impressed by how minimally complicated/stressful the process ended up being from my side of things. Maggie picked out good reputable people for doing inspections/etc., and was always able to answer any questions or concerns that came up. She helped keep me on track with tasks on my end, and overall I've just been really surprised by how easy the whole process ended up being--I'm sure she did tons of work behind the scenes to make it that way! Additionally I think she's got a pretty great eye for things; the home I ended up with wasn't even on my original list, but she threw it on there and it all worked out very well. I think anyone would benefit greatly from Maggie's wisdom and support!
Kathy and her team took care of everything. They staged the condo to give it a warm home feeling versus the geo-bachelor work week housing look. They took care of getting the inspections and paperwork needed to get through closing. Within a few weeks I had multiple offers at my selling price, which was at top end of the spectrum for the area, and closing process was simple and easy. There was great communications from our first meeting to end of process, so I always knew the status and no surprises on actions to take. Kathy was always available to me, if I questions or concerns.
