Shelly was highly professional and thorough. She is very knowledgeable of the RE market and all aspects of selling a home. Her communication was timely and understandable. She went above and beyond in dealing with other realtors, attorneys, inspections and repairs. It was a pleasure doing business with Shelly for the second time.

Shelly has years of experience. She provided us with an in-depth analysis: properties sold, properties listed, a complete analysis of market pricing and trends. With her assistance we were able to list our home at a realistic price. She has excellent people skills and sales skills; she communicates effectively with prospective buyers. Likewise, she kept us well-informed during the selling process. She did an excellent job in negotiating with the party who eventually bought our home. She has a wealth of resources, which enable her to assist in addressing items from the inspections. I would certainly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home. expert in her area, it would have been difficult to navigate moving to a 55 and up community without her expedite and working knowledge of the community.

We had an amazing experience working with Jaina Hawkins buying our first home! She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step of the process. We had many questions, and she always took the time to explain things clearly, making us feel confident and supported throughout. Thanks to her, we found our perfect first home, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dedicated realtor!

Brianna did not know anything about Log homes, but during the preparations of selling our Log Home she became an expert because she was very thorough and did her research. It seemed like when I was out of resources she always found a solution to our problems. She worked diligently night and day and kept me informed. She did her job, she stepped up and rolled her sleeves up and conquered the issues and the bottom line is she sold my custom log home and land. She did above and beyond and sold my house for over a million dollars. I will use her again!

Brianna was professional and helpful working with us to purchase our new home and assist with the interior design and decorations.

Brianna paid careful attention and addressed all my concerns. I would recommend her.

Brianna helped us sell our condo in Chamblee during a very difficult time in the real estate sector. Her very deep knowledge of and experience in the industry was helpful as she made sound suggestions to help entice a buyer to take a look. She even went to the unit and cleaned and vacuumed the place as we were living in our new home at the time. Always reliable!! A+++++++++ rating.

I highly recommend Brianna!! She is very thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and knowledgeable.

Brianna goes over and above to ensure your real estate experience is painless. From selling our home in record time and helping us find our perfect home she walked every step with us. This was our 2nd purchase with Brianna and I highly recommend you contact her for your real estate needs. You won’t find a more dedicated agent and friend than in her.

Shelly is the consummate professional. She knows her business and her market and does what is needed to close the deal. Shelly led us step by step through the process from the initial showing through the estate sale to the final closing. In the days leading up to the closing a few issued occurred with the house. Shelly knew what to do and who to contact to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend Shelly to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.
