Rochelle made selling my dad's house very easy for me. It was difficult for me to go through the process and she went above and beyond to make it as easy and painless as possible. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she took it upon herself to contact the HVAC people, coordinate with a handy man and contact and schedule and exterminator. She was present when we were not able to be there and was always in constant communication with us.
