•Akrum was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I buy a home. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and immediately responsive. As first-time home buyers, we appreciated his willingness to carefully walk us through the process for submitting an offer and negotiating with the sellers. With his help, we were able to submit an offer immediately after touring our home and persuade the sellers to cancel an open house scheduled for the following weekend. Highly recommended.
Akrum was hugely helpful in the purchasing of our new condo last month. We reached out to hire him on a Thursday afternoon and the following day he had 6-7 property showings lined up for us. We fell in love with the second one that we saw and went straight to a coffee shop to put in an offer. Akrum was incredibly knowledgeable and very flexible. Totally understood our drive to put in an offer quickly (this area real estate goes so quickly!) and was great in advising us on how to make a competitive offer that convinced the sellers to cancel a scheduled open house that weekend. We were thrilled at how easy the negotiation process was and we were able to secure minor repairs and home warranties from the seller with no problem. Akrum was very responsive to our questions and was quick to help us line up a home inspector and put us in touch with a contact that helped us get our mortgage. Overall very good customer service from him! He also knows the area well and was quick to pick up on our home needs. Would definitely recommend!
