Jose is a well bonified Realtor. He is very knowledgeble of the South Florida market and knows where to find investment oppotunities. He has a legal background so his undertanding of real estate law goes beyond any Real Estate agent. Jose places customer's interest on top. Ari did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.
