•Buyer Beware. Do not use this agency if you are a home buyer, especially if they are also the selling agency to the property you wish to buy. I had my closing last week and I was screwed out of $3,000 I was contracted to get at closing. Furthermore, none of my requests, such as having the water and power turned on in the house were honored. Additionally, I asked for all of the former owners possessions to be removed, and I ended up spending my first day as the owner removing his junk from the house. Charlene Avant was the seller's agent of the home I purchased. As the buyer I got nothing but screwed over.
