Tom went above and beyond ! We purchased our home remotely, 2000 miles away. Tom is the one that toured the homes, and provided us with every detail we needed to make our decision. The concern he has doesn't end at closing. He's offered to help with a delivery before we get there! All that's left would be a ride on his boat!!! Thank you, Tom, you certainly did everything we asked, and more.

Tom and his team were attentive, knowledgeable...

Tom and his team were attentive, knowledgeable and assertive when it came to showings and marketing our home. We sold our home in the middle of a pandemic, which added another layer of attention needed for showings. Tom ensured each showing followed CDC guidelines with mask, gloves and hand washing. We were always kept in the loop with comings and going, and all needed paperwork timelines when it came time to close.
