•We found Israel on Homelight after several interviews he seemed the most astute marketer and had extensive experience building a presence online. When we discussed the sales price he recommended a number higher than we had in mind and comparable immediate comps in the area. He was confident in the product, believed his recommend price was fair and the market would embrace the value. To our amazement he received three offers, negotiated on our behalf well and exceeded our expectations. Jesse is Israel's right hand man, client focused, incredibly responsive, helpful and he did an awesome job coordinating the photography shoot. Neighbors, friends and realtors highly complimented the Israel's online marketing campaign, the photography and the final sales price. Austin House Company, Israel and Jesse are class acts and we look forward to working with them in the future.
