I met Debra through a property management company almost 20 years ago. Deb was instrumental in finding me high-quality tenants. The two times I did not use Deb for a tenant source ended in disaster. Clearly she knows her business. When the time came for me to sell my rental property, Deb was my first and only call to help me put it on the market. We have been working with Deb for several years. She has always been available to answer any real estate questions we have. She has great experience in reviewing the condition of our condos and recommending the licensed contractors needed to make repairs if necessary. She has shown our units to potential buyers, and answers all their questions. She also helped us determine the sales prices and deals with the buyer's questions until after the sale. She has made sure all the necessary forms are filled out and that the buyers know everything they need to know about condo fees, real estate taxes, recent repairs. She is a very professional and empathic and we are very glad we know her!
