•Initially we had gone with the Sorensen group. They were a failure on all fronts. Jon and Ashley were significantly above our expectations. They handled every crossroad professionally, anticipating incidentals and potential deviations, providing detail time lines of processes and expectations. They kept us up to date on any changes in the process. We appreciated the telephone discussions with Jon and Ashley when it came to significant decisions. They provided their professional opinions and listened to our thoughts for a real discussion. When the buyer's inspectors noted issues, Jon and Ashley suggested appropriate remedies with details and stayed on top of the situation. Even though there were some complications, Jon and Ashley were able to close on schedule. Jon and Ashley make a great team. We always felt like we were in good professional hands and we could not have wished for anything additional.
