Jim was outstanding. He listened to us on pricing our home to sale, aided in sales of personal items to buyer, online, and held garage sale for remaining items. He also provided services to remove anything left. Jim was excellent in providing services we needed to ensure our home was ready for sale which made the transition much smoother. Jim did an incredible job of all aspects of the sale of my sister's house. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the asking prices of current houses for sale as well as what houses have sold for in the community. He clearly explained what the plusses/minuses of the house were. He took on all aspects of the sale including staging the house, having great photos taken, overseeing repairs, and managing other aspects of getting a house ready to sell.
