Jim did an incredible job of all aspects of the sale of my sister's house. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the asking prices of current houses for sale as well as what houses have sold for in the community. He clearly explained what the plusses/minuses of the house were. He took on all aspects of the sale including staging the house, having great photos taken, overseeing repairs, and managing other aspects of getting a house ready to sell. Had an excellent contact to help me donate/sell furniture. And he was great helping me to understand contracts as they were offered and through the due diligence process

This amazing woman made our longevity in a home a priority! Adrienne is amazing! She swooped in when we needed to sell my house quickly. She has an awesome contractor for repairs that needed to be made quickly. The major requirements were to get a fair price and to sell it ASAP. She came through with both. Listing to close was right at a month and it sold for more than we could have imagined. We really couldn’t have asked for a better realtor who took all of the stress off us. 10/10 would use her again and recommend her.
