Extremely helpful and knowledgeable...

Mrs. Jones is an amazing member of the real estate business. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There were times that she was up late at night completing various tasks ahead of time. I feel that she is very detail oriented and provided the best information possible in all aspects of the home buying process. Monika went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and my questions answered. For example: The home I decided on had an issue with a flood insurance requirement. She went out of her way to compare FEMA maps with the location of the property and fought to have the flood zone reviewed due to the very low possibility of future occurrences. The review was performed and the flood area of the property was overturned. I feel lucky to have had Mrs. Jones as my agent and will most definitely recommend her to anyone needing assistance. I would like to thank her for her support and dedication in my personal home buying experience and I highly recommend having her as an agent. Thank you Monika!! You're the best!
