I would recommend Lynn to anyone selling their home - and already have. She is wonderful. She did whatever was needed to be done (frequent updates regarding pictures, virtual tours, open houses, etc.), to keep my home at the top of the listings. She was honest about what to expect and kept me informed about when the property was shown (I was not living there). She "held my hand" as a first time seller and offered many helpful suggestions as to what to do to help my place have more appeal. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and encouragement.
