•Diana was professional without being stuffy, knowledgeable without being arrogant and met every question with a thorough answer. I cold called her listing in a new development and she met me that day. I asked if I could see the house again and bring some of my family the next day, no problem was her answer. When we arrived she greeted everyone and remembered their names throughout the tour. She shared her knowledge of all the surrounding neighborhoods and newer developments. Before we left she had me look at another home down the street she thought I would like and wow, was she right! She had planned an open house there and I asked her not to, I was making an offer. Again, her answer was no problem, she would set up at another home. The home I bought was about $50k less but her guiding thought was she knew I would be happier in the second property. I made a less-than-ask offer and asked her to work some magic and she did! I got the home and I couldn't be happier. I've bought several homes and used different realtors on each so I can say with some certainty Diana and her team, at every level, was very responsive and easy to work with, we closed in just over 30 days. I will not hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know looking for a top shelf realtor.
