Gina was great! She helped us with a short sale that took 5 months to process. She was very quick to light some fires when the other side wasn't exactly motivated. I would definitely call her for my next real estate purchase.

Gina was extremely helpful to us through a difficult bank-owned short sale. She was by our side for every inspection and viewing for an almost five month period, and went out of her way to give us the best experience possible. When we asked for local input she was able to provide us with lists of valuable resources and insights. Additionally, she is a very easy person to work with, charming to be around and diligent in procuring communication and information from others. We are very grateful to have worked with Gina and would recommend her to our friends without hesitation. The only downside is that we don't see her nearly as much since purchasing our home (which we love). Thanks Gina!
