Better experience than I could have imagined!
Lisa is a very knowledgeable realtor. She got us top dollar for our house. (We closed with $3,100 over asking price!! Lisa and her staff kept us up to date every step of the way. Closing was fast and simple. We would highly recommend Lisa to anyone in the market to sell/buy a home.

Moving made easy! I was moving from Michigan to Florida, and was referred to Lisa by my parents, who had been assisted by her in the past for their home buying/selling needs. She came highly recommended by them, and I decided to call and hire her to assist me in purchasing my home. Lisa and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and eager to help me find the right home. I was given the upmost attention as one of her clients, and if Lisa herself was not available, her staff was. The entire process of moving from one State to another was at best, a lot of work. Lisa helped me to purchase my home remotely, and this was wonderful as I was not able to be in Florida at the time of purchase. The purchase, and closing was all done via internet and in person in my home in Michigan. It was a very accommodating process. The follow up by Lisa and her staff was prompt and thorough. Lisa and her staff made my stress and concerns much better. I would highly recommend using them in the future for all of your home buying and selling needs. Review submitted Feb 2021

Lisa and Mackenzie were absolutely fantastic through the entire process
Lisa and Mackenzie were absolutely fantastic through the entire process. Mackenzie kept us informed every step of the way with weekly email updates. Ashton Realty Group did a good job
Overall a good experience. If you are selling land in Florida people are paying top dollar and you will get offers immediately, so try to list your property as high as possible.

If your selling land in Florida it is selling for top dollar. Both properties that I listed received offers immediately and the buyers paid full price, so try to list as high as possible.
