•Mike and his team made purchasing our home extremely rewarding an smooth! There are a few things that set mike apart from other realtors. His knowledge of home construction is an awesome tool. He can tell you the differences in construction materials and different things to look for in how certain parts of the home were built. He also has an endless list of contacts in the Community to reach out and get expert opinions as well. Another thing that sets mike apart is his team behind the scenes. There was never a time we couldn't get an answer immediately or a response. While trying to set up utilities the gas company requested a copy of our closing documents. My wife did not have them with her. Mikes office sent them over within seconds of sending a text requesting them! Another thing that was very helpful was when we were living in another city and we couldn't be in the area to look at a home when a new listing would pop up that we wanted to see, Mike would send us a detailed video walk through tour that made us feel like we where there within 24 hours of requesting a showing! Would definitely recommend mike and his team for all of your real estate needs!
