•Fred helped us sell Mom's condo in The Villages in San Jose and made it easy. He handled all the details, including Condo Association hurdles, buyers and their agents and hired a digital staging company that made Mom's home look great, although it was completely empty. He advised us of what to spend money on to make the place look good and sell well. His title agent was extremely easy for us to work with -during the pandemic- by sending Notary to our home (driveway) during the first shutdown. We were greatly relieved that Fred had no obstacles and sold the home without a snag and at a very fair agent fee. Fred is professional who is knowledgeable, reliable and a pleasure to work with.
Fred is amazing! He helped us close out our new home, and best of all, he is a very competitive agent! We got a huge rebate after the closing because he only charges a flat $7500 from the seller, and the rest of the commission goes back to the buyer! That’s over $15-20k depending on what the commission is, and quite helpful after close of escrow.
