She was the driving force behind our push from Texas to Florida. During this transition from state to state, she kept us up to date with all aspects of the move, from inspections to contract signings. Will give her my PERSONAL seal of approval, and will recommend her specifically to any and all intrested in purchasing a new home. With that being said, I am disappointed that I can not rate her any higher then 5 stars. 10 out of 10, would recommend. She went well above and beyond her realm of responsibilites to make sure our purchase was not only successful, but exactly what we wanted. She would even make time to personally meet with me about any questions, concerns, or even just to give my parents a walk through of the house. She was very thorough on her research of potential housing. When I found a place I liked, she returned with two more with exactly the same specifications. Whenever I would ask questions about the local area, or needed details, she either had the answer, or would call me with the answer within the next day. She never left me guessing and was always quick to remind me that should there be any problems during my purchase, let her know immediatly as it was her job to fix any issues and make the process the smoothest it could possibly be. 100% satisfied with her work, and you will not regret working with her either!

EXCELLENT. Lianne was in communication throughout the process. She responded to my phone calls when I had a question and she helped us through the sale of my property. As we approached the final closing we encountered some issues from the buyers and Lianne helped us through the processes up to final closure. She was extremely professional throughout the experience and I would recommend her to anybody wanting to sell a property in Florida without any hesitation

Linda Chancey has been very helpful since the very first day. She is knowledgeable of what is going on in the market. She is up to date with the values of the homes where you want to buy and will give you an honest evaluation of what you can offer the bank. Many times I had to sign contacts after hours and she was always available. I had received contracts by email for many homes which she handled efficiently. At other times she had a thirty six page contract ready at the showing of a home to speed up the bidding process. Some realtors may not know about the costs of repairs to a home but she is since she was in the business of buying, repairing and selling houses for a number of years. This knowledge translates to her letting you know where you can buy resonable appliances to a home warranty. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable realtor.
