Lida is a very hardworking, motivated relator. From the beginning to the end of the selling process we definitely had some challenges but she went above expected and did whatever she could to make sure my husband and I were getting a good, fair price when selling our house. Katie always acted professionally. She was very knowledgeable about the properties she showed us (she had done her homework), giving information about any updates that had been done to the property, and (through inspection reports) anything that needed to be fixed, repaired, or replaced. And I think one of her most endearing qualities was her cheerful patience in walking (talking) me through anything I had to do and did not know how to do. I was greatly impressed!
