We were referred to Joy Dill by a Birmingham realtor who advised she was the best

We were referred to Joy Dill by a Birmingham realtor who advised she was the best and most knowledgeable of the Lake Martin market and current listings. We contacted Joy and she was a delight to work with. We scheduled a few days to come down from Virginia to look at properties over a weekend. Joy was so prepared for us and had an extensive line up of properties to view. She also found lots and builders who could build our dream retirement home. Thankfully we found the perfect lake getaway and Joy helped us navigate everything from offer, mortgage lender, to closing.
