Monica supported us in every step of the process, first guiding us through different options, since we where living out of the area she provided options continuously keeping us updated, especially in the actual market in Huntsville area where is demand driven. After we found a potential option she helped us doing a live virtual walkthrough. During the negotiation she gave us recommendations to be successful in the bidding process without putting us in disadvantage condition, she kept constant communication between us an the seller until the deal was closed. She follow up the different steps until the closing, keeping a close eye on the pending points from the house inspection. Monica took the time at the beginning to understand what we were looking for and stayed close to us but giving at the same time space to think and analyze.
