Kern Jordan is an exceptional real estate agent and a vital partner for out-of-state investors. He helped me buy my first investment property in Montgomery, acting as my eyes and ears by recording detailed video tours of four properties until we found the right one. His communication and professionalism are top-notch; he truly lives up to his promise of always having his phone on hand and answering texts quickly. I trust him completely, consider him an essential part of my investment team, and look forward to working with him again. I highly recommend Kern to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive agent!

I was living in Alabama and was wanting to move to Florida. Norman immediately helped me find a trusted and top rated real estate agent to help me in my home search in Florida. Not only that, but he gladly answered any questions I had throughout the home buying process even though he was not my direct agent. He always puts the buyer first and looks out for their best interest. If you want the best home buying experience with an expert agent that puts you first then Norman is the agent for you.

We had a wonderful experience working with Emily to sell our home in Alabama. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, especially during a big transition, but Emily made everything feel smooth and manageable. She communicated clearly, kept us informed every step of the way, and was always available to answer questions or provide guidance. What stood out most was how much Emily genuinely cared. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind, and her professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of the market gave us so much confidence throughout the process. We are so grateful for Emily’s help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Being from Fla., Norman was always ready to show us multiple houses on our trips to Montgomery. Knowing we had limit time, he made it happen for our schedule. He’s the best.

Deanne, both in selling my home, locating and purchasing of my new home, she was the best. As an advocate, she is passionate and resourceful in reaching the goal. Recommended to me by a friend, she is like having money in the bank!

The open house ideas were spectacular and all marketing efforts paid off on this home and another one too. I would recommend Norman and agents of ARC Realty in Montgomery.
