Melanie was easily the BEST realtor we could have used. While we were anticipating a relatively smooth sale, we hit several difficult bumps. Melanie didn’t even break a sweat and handled each problem we encountered with the upmost respect and professionalism. She was always easy to reach, and though I’m sure she was simultaneously juggling many clients, we truly felt like we were her only ones with the amount of undivided attention she gave us anytime we had a question or needed to call her! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Melanie. You cannot go wrong by using her as your realtor. She’s truly one in a million! We were out of the country for at least 1/3 of the time our house was on the market, and not even international time zones kept Melanie from meeting all of our needs and keeping us the most informed.

This was my first experience selling a home alone as my late husband always handled the details. Norman simply made selling my home very smooth. He was on top of all aspects, including working on an offer that was above expectations. He coordinated repairs, managed the myriad forms, and fielded my 101+ questions about the process. He kept me in the loop so I always felt like I had the latest information. And on closing day, he reassured me which helped me calm my fears. I would have no problem at all recommending Norman. Also, when we went to a house that was not how the listing described, she wasn't interested in the sale and noted her hesitations to me. I appreciate her input.
