We can’t say enough good things about Norman Schlemmer with ARC Realty. We put our house on the market in early January, 2018, after talking with him at length about pros, cons, comps, at our kitchen table. We never felt rushed or dismissed with our multiple questions. We closed in late April after multiple showings. Norm was accessible with advice, answers, feedback in just any questions we had along the way. We were very impressed with his thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Pike Road and the surrounding region. He helped us understand the types of homes in each sub-division, and explained the reason for their different price ranges. Knowing why the homes in different sub-divisions varied from each other in price-per-square-foot enabled us to understand his recommended listing price for our home. He was spot on. When we had questions, Norman responded very quickly. If he did not know the answer, he researched and call with the answer.
