Dean and his team are fantastic partners

We have used Compass and Dean/his team specifically for 3 transactions (an 4th is pending) and introduced them to a 5th which was executed. Dean has been very methodical with well thought out strategies and approaches to both buying and selling. He uses data and his extensive professional and personal experience to support his conclusions. He is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Did a stellar job on the price negotiation especially when we ran into a bit of roadblock. We appreciated the team approach as well vs being a one man show. Support staff that assisted and stepped in that were knowledgeable and provided value-added input regarding, design, valuation, and strategy. One point we valued in addition to all the work on the actual transactions is the introduction to vendors (designer, handyman, architect, GC, landscaper, stone/tile, etc) that he has first hand experience with and knows their quality, pricing, and what they can and cannot deliver. That saves us an incredible amount of time rather than vetting ourselves. We highly recommend Dean for both buying and selling properties in and around CDM.
