The kitchen includes use of a refrigerator, oven, cook top and dishwasher. This home is total electric with central heat and air. There are a few older electric baseboard heaters, but the house does have central air. The house has wood and laminate flooring thruout, except the master bathroom and 2nd bathroom on the upstairs level both have vintage tile. There is a screened in porch with a ceiling fan off of the eating area, next to the kitchen. Tenant is responsible for the utilities and yardcare, the yard is approx. 1 and 1/4 acre and if the tenant cannot care for same, the yardcare might can be provided for an additional charge.
