Stephanie was very friendly, professional and extremely responsive, even after-hours, weekends and in the middle of the night. She also took care of some issues that came up during the home inspection (we were out of town) and went the extra mile multiple times. I felt very well represented in my absence. She worked hard to make the deal work out, even though there were significant bumps along the way. Even after the sale and before we were able to move in, Stephanie still dropped by the property to check on it for us! On one of those trips, and just before we were to move in, Stephanie discovered that the house had been struck by lightning, causing significant damage. We were essentially helpless to manage the situation as we were in the middle of a move across the country. Stephanie was instrumental in helping to coordinate contractors on an emergency basis. As a result, the power and water was back on by the time we arrived. Stephanie took ownership of the process and really made it work out for us. Very highly recommended.

I can’t say enough great things about Stephanie. She was sweet. She explained everything perfectly ( I was a first timer). She was so friendly. I just had the feeling she was in our corner the whole time. She was firm with the people she needed to be firm with to keep everyone on the correct timelines. I’ll never use anyone else for anything in terms of real estate. She even gave me amazing advice on other properties.
