•Wayne Williams knowledge of market value is spot on ! Wayne is very professional ! From inquiring about a property to buying he is very professional every step of the way ! As far as communication when I have tried to call other realtors until I found Wayne the other realtors never gave me the time of day. All the other realtors never answered their phone nor did they call back. Wayne took my call every time I would call. If for some reason he did not answer he would always call me back not long after. Wayne is the best realtor I have ever worked with hand’s down ! Better yet Wayne is a United States Veteran ! Thank you very much for your services Wayne Williams !
