We had tried doing For Sale by Owner but got mostly land brokers calling. Our friends recommended Vicki Anderson. She made it very easy to get listed. In no time she had a buyer and got it sold and closed quickly. She made sure all was taken care of right down to the water transfer to new owner. We highly recommend if you need any Real estate transactions done you call Vicki!

Vicky has been great from the start all the way till the closing, she went above and beyond. We had hiccups along the way and she was there being supportive and ensuring me that everything was going to go through. I highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home!

Vicki is the BEST!!!

Mission accomplished - both properties sold. Vicki was very helpful throughout the process and was able to find a buyer for both adjacent properties as a package. We were able to sell both properties quickly and at a good price so we were delighted with the result. Vicki has been our real estate agent for many years, and she has always come through with professional and positive results for us.

Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. She was communicative, reliable, knowledgeable, helpful and has a hardworking, but fun personality!

Debra had expert knowledge of the property and guided us with ease on and through our purchase. She kept us informed on all aspects and answered all our questions and concerns. She helped us with understanding the community to include utilities, lawn service and the in/outs of owning a casita-tiki (a first for us). We highly recommend her for selling and buying, you’ll be glad you did!
