Excellent in every way
My brother, sister and I owned two houses and a multiunit rental unit all adjacent to a nice canal in the Treasure Island district of Okeechobee, FL. Vicki Anderson guided us through the rezoning process that made the multiunit property marketable and was relentless in finding a buyer that purchased all of the properties at once. She has excellent interpersonal and management skills, a long positive history and personal knowledge and contacts in Okeechobee Real Estate. While she was locating a buyer she also managed the rental properties for us. In summary, our experience was just excellent and we give Vickie Anderson our highest recommendation.
