•John was amazing. He has a large family, & I was afraid that would mean he wouldn't have time for me. But he certainly did. And I bugged him at all hours of the day. When I would apologize he would say, "you are my client, ergo you are my day." He showed up at every closing appointment, my home inspection, and extra roofing inspection after the initial home inspection, he even came to my house to help me write my disclosure form , which took some time because my house has had some issues in the past.. He made the process effortless. I don't feel like he was just out for a buck he never pressured me to hurry up and get my house on the market, he wanted to wait until I was 100% ready. Most Realtors after they've finished the transaction are done with you. At least in my past experience. He was so nice and even said I should meet his family for dinner sometime. If I have any issues I know I can still call him. Like I said I would recommend him to anybody.
