•With this being the first time we have had sell our home, the initial thoughts were overwhelming in and of themselves. We had no idea what to do, where to start, or how anything needed to go. Corey walked us through each step, explaining everything in detail and in a way that was easy to understand, made all the arrangements for inspections and/or anything else remaining to be handled, and made sure we had the best chance at preparing our home and selves to get the job done. Corey was able to not only make the experience basically hands off for us, he even sold our house without even having to list! I could not recommend Corey more to anyone in Idaho who is looking to buy or sell a home - having someone who both listens and goes so above and beyond for you is hard to come by. Thank you thank you thank you! We will always be so grateful for all that you have done for our family.
