We had the normal getting things ready plus unfinished contractors work on our home. Perrine did not operate from the office. She came by the house to see how things were going, offered help with the staging, and rolled her sleeves up and helped with some of the last minute things that always happen! She was always available, and had a steady, calming attitude through the whole process. She and her husband worked as a team with the same attitude and work ethic. They were fantastic!

Julia has been great to work with. She takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly and researches other ideas we brought up as sellers.
