Luz had to negotiated a deal on my behave and it was accepted. I had to work during this time and couldn't take time off and she took care of the inspection and all the necessary issues that I couldn't be around for. Luz assisted with securing that everything went well with the home insurance company and kept in touch with the lenders and the others involved in the closing of the property. I thank her very much for all her hard work. Luz did the work without complaining and does what she does normally, smile.
