Mr. Romesh Panchal from Panchal Realtor was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly to interact with. He went above and beyond what a realtor does. He not only helped us with the listing and find a buyer but he helped us with many other things. He found resources to pack and ship boxes out of the property. He also brought in a cleaning crew to get the property ready for the buyer. He brought in a contractor to help fix some things in the bathroom. He was always available to speak if we needed to reach him. Overall, he is the best realtor I have ever interacted with.
