•As a first-time homebuyer, I was referred to Jeannie by a close friend. Having no experience was my first disadvantage and the idea of home searching in a new city was even more so. I needed someone who can help mitigate risk in my investment as well as having my personal best interest. Jeannie's experience and her spirited demeanor were impressive and put me at ease. We discussed what I was looking for, what she can provide, and set realistic expectations and goals. After our initial meeting, I had a nice tour of the different neighborhoods in Miami. The fun was the actual home search, which without a doubt would have been overwhelming without Jeannie. To showcase some of Jeannie’s skills; I appreciated her listening to my needs and worked within the defined criteria in terms of lifestyle, which took a lot of the guesswork out for me. During my offer, I saw that she fought tooth and nail with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, Jeannie also has a trusted network of the team that was very responsive and supportive when my offer was accepted. The culmination of this experience yielded great results, I am now a happy homeowner! I just want to note that when you work with a real estate agent it’s a two-way street where your efforts impact the overall experience, akin to being part of a successful team. I highly recommend Jeannie to your family, friends, and peers for any real estate needs in Miami. Overall I am completely satisfied with my new home and I am looking forward to working with her for any real estate needs in the future. (Reposted from RateMyAgent.com by Reviewer)
