•I actually began the home search process years ago. Since about 2019, I would call and speak with Mark about the steps to home ownership. (Not that it actually took that long, but I needed to know the steps before actually taking the steps..fear). Had it been anyone but Mark, I would have gotten rushed off the phone or attitude because I wasn't actually calling to say, "Hey, I got money to spend"....nope. He was patient and would give me sound advice that prepared me for the housing search. As a result, my housing journey became much easier because I was able to trust his experience. so, I listened, took notes and followed his advice. And today, I can proudly say, I am a home owner!! Thanks Mark.
